    VERA PI Camera

Point it at any property. See through the walls.

Hedges, gates and walls hide what matters. Aim your phone at any building: GPS and compass lock the parcel in front of you and draw its outline in the picture, live, and VERA PI reads what its databases hold on it – the building and its homes, what homes around it sold for, the reference rent and the yield, the metro, the planning zone and the sea. Then order its Parcel Brief.

Nothing you photograph is kept: the photo stays on your phone. VERA PI shows what its databases hold on a parcel – never an owner and never a single sale – and a Parcel Brief is ordered with a payment link by e-mail before anything is charged.

Allow the camera, your location and motion when the phone asks. Inside a house, an apartment or commercial premises, tap I'm inside. On iPhone, Share → Add to Home Screen puts VERA PI one tap away.
