Hôtel Martinez
The Art Deco palace of 1929, home of the one-star La Palme d'Or

Emmanuel Martinez bought the villa Marie-Thérèse at 73 Croisette in 1927, pulled it down and from 1 December 1927 built what was then the largest hotel in the region – seven storeys and a façade of about a hundred metres between two wings, by the Niçois architect Charles Palmero, faced in marble, granite and gold and coloured mosaic. It opened in February 1929.
Its restaurant, La Palme d'Or, holds one MICHELIN star in the 2026 guide.
