Barrière Le Majestic

The Majestic joined the plots of the old Hôtel Beau-Rivage and two neighbouring villas. Building began in 1923 under Théo Petit, architect of the Normandy at Deauville, who drew an Art Deco front with two return wings; only the main body and the east wing were finished when it opened in 1926, and Charles Nicod and Émile Molinié extended it from 1928.
