The prince's garden of 1725, now Europe's largest citrus collection
The prince's garden was laid out in 1725 by Antoine Latour, the French architect working in Monaco, as a flowered kitchen garden with star-shaped alleys and two fountains. Around the Palais Carnolès it now holds the largest collection of citrus trees in Europe.
Jardin d'Agrumes du Palais Carnolès is a park on Avenue de la Madone in Menton. The station Carnolès is 800 m away (about 12 min on foot).
