Hans-Georg Tersling's Russian Orthodox church of 1892, for the town's Russian invalids

The Russian benevolent society of Menton, founded in 1880 to care for the Russians who came to the coast's sanatoriums, bought a house in Carnolès in 1892 and built a church beside it to plans by the architect Hans-Georg Tersling, in the Russian style of the seventeenth century. It was consecrated in December 1892; the iconostasis is of Carrara marble. Damaged at the end of the Second World War, it was restored in 1958.
Église russe is a place of worship on Rue Paul Morillot in Menton. The station Carnolès is 600 m away (about 9 min on foot).
