Promenade du Paillon
The 1.2-kilometre green ribbon over the covered river, opened in 2013

The Promenade du Paillon is the park that runs for 1.2 kilometres from the Promenade des Anglais to the Théâtre National, on top of the covered Paillon. It was designed by the landscape architect Michel Péna on the site of the old bus station and opened on 26 October 2013.
It passes the Théâtre de Verdure and the Jardin Albert-Ier; its play areas made it a favourite with Niçois families from the first week.
