Palais de la Méditerranée
The Art Deco casino-palace of 1928–29 at 13 Promenade des Anglais

Built in 1928 and opened in 1929, in the years when the wintering rich moved from the hill hotels to the new seafront palaces, the Palais de la Méditerranée is one of the Riviera's great Art Deco buildings. Today it is a hotel, with a casino next door at no. 15.
Its main façades on the Promenade and the return on Rue du Congrès have been classé historic monuments since 18 August 1989, and the building carries the Patrimoine du XXe siècle label.
